The scientific basis

PINKTUM PROFILE was developed in cooperation with PINKTUM, the personality diagnostics department of the PAWLIK Group, PAWLIK Group's subsidiary Screenfact and the renowned expert in implicit motivation research, Prof. Dr. David Scheffer. The method is based on an in-depth research connection between a person's visual perception and their personality-style interactions. The individual report presents personality facets, gives concrete development recommendations and is easy to use.

To generate a personal report, only 43 graphical images need to be classified. Since the complex scientific relationships between visual perception and personality are hidden during the test, the results cannot be manipulated.
