Effective October 1, 2024, Hamburg-based EdTech company PINKTUM is strengthening its executive leadership by appointing Dr. Matthis Schneegaß as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The 39-year-old finance and strategy expert will oversee business development, revenue operations, and the scaling of the company’s operations. These efforts aim to propel PINKTUM to the next level of its international growth strategy.

Matthis Schneegaß brings nine years of experience from Engel & Völkers, where he held key leadership roles, including CFO of E&V Americas in the U.S. and, most recently, Director of Group Finance & Strategy, with a focus on finance and value creation. Prior to that, he worked in advisory roles at KPMG and FTI-Andersch, specializing in performance improvement.
