As one of the leading providers for the digitalisation of continuing education in corporate structures, PINKTUM has appointed Christine Rave to the management board with effect from 1 August 2022. This addition to the management team highlights the strong growth of Pinktum as an E-Learning provider.
Christine Rave, who as COO will be responsible for operations, growth and finance, will further strengthen the PINKTUM management team led by Joachim Pawlik, Dr. Wolf-Bertram von Bismarck and Philipp Mehrtens. Under their leadership, the company is pushing ahead with its internationalisation and is setting a new standard for professional E-Learning.
Previously Deputy Managing Director of Fit for Fun at Hubert Burda Media, Christine Rave (51) will bring more than 15 years of experience in the areas of commercial responsibility, operations and change management to PINKTUM. The company has therefore gained an experienced expert with extensive knowledge in the initiation and implementation of change processes and the continuous optimisation of day-to-day business.
Christine Rave comments: "I am very much looking forward to the responsibility and the cooperation with my colleagues. At the same time, I accept the challenge of continuing PINKTUM's successful and extremely dynamic growth story."
Rave's appointment aligns with the expansion strategy of PINKTUM, whose staff has grown dynamically since 2021. The company plans to add a further 40 employees before the end of 2022, expanding its workforce to around 120. Rave's arrival is the company's next step to further developing its national and international position in the e-learning market.
Joachim Pawlik, PINKTUM's CEO, explains: "Christine Rave as COO is the perfect addition to PINKTUM's management team. She stands for innovative strength and process optimisation, both of which are necessary given our international growth in a very dynamic market."
